About viticulture

This family winery, which is among the best in the Czech Republic is exclusively specializing in the production of high quality wines under the brand Milotské víno.Currently manages approximately 20 hectares of vineyards. The winery uses grapes from both,like  its own production and the purchased too,mostly from family members.The principle is a long-year supervision over the vineyards from which the grapes are buying. Wines are produced by controlled fermentation and subsequent malolactic fermentation. Some wines are further training in oak barrique barrels. They are using the latest technology of stainless steel tanks with controlled fermentation and the latest technology for the production of red wines.Wines are intended to wine shops, spec. shops, catering and private archives. 

Main processed grape variety are Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling,Welschriesling,Traminer, Moravian Muscat, Sauvignon,Blauer Portugieser, Pinot Noir, Lemberger, Zweigeltrebe,Merlot,Dornfelder,Irsai Oliver and many others.
